If you equate capitalism to kakistocracy, then okay I agree with you. Otherwise, capitalism is only a tool like fire or any weapon, its value depends entirely on the quality of the persons wielding the tool. For example, Jack Ma is a Chinese capitalist having being mesmerized by the Western kakistocrats he wanted to join. But Ma forgot he lives in a country run by a D.A.O., a D.evoted A.ristocratic O.ligarchy collectively known as the CCP (Chinese Civilization Party) and Jack Ma has been properly put to his place by the CoDAO (Chinese open Devoted Aristocratic Oligarchy) to the merriment and deep satisfaction of the Chinese population and the other Chinese plutocratic men got the message crystal clear.
So the economic tool is necessarily subordinate to the inner epistemological quality of the political groups exercising the power, from the best to the worst : aristocratic men, timocratic men, fake timocratic men, plutocratic men, democratic men or kakistocratic men).
