The sub is 9m tall and the Jiang/Yangtze River is 5-6 meters deep.
It's psychological deflection from a US sub that really did sink in harbor Stateside.

Hi Amarynth,
To combat the baldfaced lies of the pathological liars, we must not indulge them with the seriousness with which we seek truth from facts. Perhaps let us qualify the question thus: Does anyone know anything about the sinking of the Chinese nuclear sub, very likely a lie emanating from the War Street Journal with no concrete evidence and amplified uncritically by the lying mainstream media?
I have been advocating a method to fight liars and I'm a practitioner of it. Identify the liars, expose their multiplicate lies and discredit anything spewing from their mouths as bosh, bullshit and balderdash. Liars can tell lies at no cost; they only have to open their mouths. Analyzing and researching their lies cost us time and effort. If they create a million lies, are we going to respond to every one? Is it not enough the same liars have been telling thousands of lies in broad daylight and exposed to be liars so many times? The boy who cries wolf only succeeds twice. Even a squirrel won't fall for the same trick three times in a row. Yet the self-acclaimed sons of God keep electing liars and imbeciles to commit atrocities in their name with their wealth over and over again. It's because we give liars and their lies too much credit by wasting our precious time on them.
Let us expose the liars rather than react to every lie.
It's certainly fine for those of us who want to educate ourselves about a certain subject. Start with understanding we know almost nothing about Chinese nuclear submarines and whatever we hear from the mainstream media, American military, Western Intelligence and internet bloggers are almost certainly deliberate lies, rumors and, at best, half truths.
Here is an independent analysis of the lie. Use your own judgment, as the blogger keeps saying he does not know and he hasn't seen such and such. Confirmation of absence does not prove the presence of anything. However, we can almost be certain the Western news about Chinese military technology is merely another one of those empty lies from the usual suspects, who cannot stomach the fact China successfully tested a 12,000 km range multiple warhead ICBM only a few days ago. Coincidence? As V for Vendetta says, "There is no such thing as a coincidence, only the illusion of coincidence."

Surely I know nothing about subs .. and nuclear ones? Less than nothing. But I was wondering if this was a pre-emptive shot over the bows.
